"I have to say, I moved down here to Virginia and didn't think I would ever have good Chinese food again. I was so wrong. It was the best food I've ever experienced. It was fresh veggies, succulent dishes of each plate we ordered. The service was pleasant and they treated you like you mattered. All smiles and good times to be had. I would eat there every night if I could. Great big thank you to the chef and our waiter for such a pleasant experience all the way around from excellent food to excellent service. Five stars to you all."

"Golden China is a great place to get local Chinese food in Appomattox. They have a wide variety of choices and the owner, Bill, is very nice. They also have a buffet option with a lot of different food. I would definitely recommend coming here."

"My customer experience was very good, this is my second time coming here. I was just looking for a Chinese restaurant near my job site. The amount of food is very well served, good quality from what you'd expect from a Chinese restaurant. Great price, lunch prices are unbeatable. I got curry chicken with onions (salty but good) and a kung Po chicken. If I'm ever around this area, I will definitely come back."

"We just ate here for lunch, and I definitely will be returning soon. My lunch special was Szechuan Chicken, and I definitely would recommend it! The portion size was perfect to enjoy for lunch, and we even got to speak with the owner, Bill. This restaurant is located conveniently near the Kroger in Appomattox where I like to purchase groceries and gift cards. Next time we go to Golden China Restaurant I’ll remember to take a few photos and add them to this review!"
